Draconic Charts, and Karma?

Hey everyone, just looking for some outside opinions. A friend of mine has his natal asteroid karma exactly conjuct my draconic sun, and also conjuct my natal Saturn. My natal Karma is also exactly conjuct his draconic sun. Our Draconic sun and moon are conjuct in Sagittarius, although not exact, about 4 degrees apart. What do you think this could mean? Do we owe each other some big debt from past lifetimes?

Definitely not detached and casual (: haha, if anything it is quite the opposite of that. I am trying to figure out what I can learn from him and vice versa because everything is so up and down between us.
