what do you suppose they are? I can identify 4 with them being related to the earth plane of our existence, since we are people astrology has to relate to the earth plane. The three higher octave planets related to the earth plane have a strange and unusual quality about them its as if these planets would be more comfortable in other solar or planetry systems. Which planet do you think rules the 'frontal cortex' or 'frontal lobes' of mankind? Pluto? Uranus? Neptune? most probably not these planets are not basic planets on the human plane of existence, its a Mercury rulership and obviously a progressive evolutionary condition when compared for example with the Australopithicus grade.
