I know ascendants determine what kind of first impression one gives off, but I'm curious - how does the ascendant play out / interact with other aspects in relationships? Does it matter anymore, once you get to know someone deep down you don't really see their ascendant anymore because the ascendant isn't really the true inner self or what?
