If You Could Change.....

For some of us...we can honestly admit our flaws and sometimes try working on them to correct them if we know it will ultimately benefit us and/or the ones we care about and make for a more healthy relationship. As a Virgo, the one thing I constantly go around my mulberry bush with is not being so reclusive...so distant sometimes to those who actually care about my well being and actually want to go thu my trials with me.

If there was that one thing you could change about urself today....what would that be?

I'd give anything to be able to adapt to someone else - I'm great at adapting personality wiser but I hate and resist the idea of following someone around.

Sadly a lot of relationships I see working out well, even marriages of 30 years, entail the woman compromising who she is for a man - I'm not capable of this and I don't want to be, but I would like to be more flexible in terms of being able to "follow" the man.

Yellow...I find this more often times than not as well, however, I'm mutable, so I've been fortunate to be able to do this as well with no problems...and the more I'm into my relationship and the man I'm with at the time...the more I actually enjoy doing it. And sometimes, it ends up making for a smoother relationship and him appreciating me as a person more. But, us Virgos tend to be picky (another trait I wish I could dial down some), and will find something else to moan about...sighhhhhh 😢

By the way Miss Isis.... you are one gorgeous woman.... I love the hair.. and those eyes speak of a woman full of love and kindness.

Awwwwww....thanks so much AL for the compliment 😉! I've spent 14yrs in the gym and try my hardest to maintain the outside as well as the inside. To me, it all matters...and I want to be able to offer the most in terms of "coming to the table". What's life worth if we don't strive on maximizing it?!?! 🙂

I wish I could be more comfortable showing my vulnerable side in relationships. I hate feeling weak and showing seems to be out of the question. My body won't allow it, it shuts down completely and goes into hiding. I don't know what's wrong with me.

The right man will show you that feeling weak in a relationship is ok.... he will reassure you... and when you try to go into hiding... he will grab you, bring you close to him, with a firm grip on your rear end and look you in the eye and tell you everything is going to be fine.

I wish it always worked like that! Lol. That's the romantic Leo in us that feels that way.

Asking for help is something I need to work on. I worry about inconveniencing people and also can sometimes feel embarrassed that I can't do something myself.

Tiziani and Lovelyisis - I had to get braces again too. The second time was MUCH better because I got Invisalign. Not everyone can get that option (it's only viable if you don't need a major correction), and it costs more than metal braces, but it was worth it to me. Or sometimes it will be a combo of metal braces for a while, then Invisalign, that you can get. To maintain things you keep your last set of Invisalign and wear it occasionally.

Thanks for the insight 🙂 I heard there is also the option of getting the braces put on the back of the teeth now. But either way it's just something where you have to bite the bullet and get it done. And yes definitely need to take better care this time around when I get them off. That's what got me back in this position.

Yes, there are a lot more options now. Also, I opted for partial correction because to make things more perfect I would need to have jaw surgery and the risks are high with that.
