Which sign is famous for dishing it out (busting balls!) but can hardly ever take it back in (getting knocked back upside the head)...lol??

Seriously, I seriously don't think this is sign specific as I've seen the whole lot demonstrate the behavior on question. So,it's a maturity thing. I think a lot of people from all signs fall into that category from Aries to Pisces.

the more people (at their worst) enjoy playing with me.

So I am neither sensitive as in my early years nor do I care to tell people the truth (=dish out).

also I don't think that Aries and Leo are similar to sagittariuus in this regard.

I agree with most of what I've seen you post.

I haven't found that it's sign specific at all. What I have found is that it has to do with maturity, but more specifically, I've noticed that bullies and abusers love to heap shit at people, but can NOT take any of it if it's served back to them. They will rant and rave the most horrible insults to tear a person down, but as soon as you call them out on it, give them the hard truth and throw it all back at them, they start crying about it, playing the victim, boohooing about how mean you are.

Bullies/abusers are never emotionally mature, and they love to hurt others. They can't stand to take criticism.

According to Linda Goodmann's book about the Sun signs Sagittarius is brave to dish out. And supersensitive when taking back. It's true for me.
