I'm confused on what these placements mean. Any insight?

My natal chart says I am a pisces rising, Scorpio Sun, but my chart ruler is Neptune in Capricorn in the 11th house. I have a capricorn stellium and my Saturn is in house 1. My life path is master 22.
What does all this mean as a whole?
