North and South Nodes

what are these?

Your North Node is what you are trying to evolve towards and your South Node is what you are learning to overcome or let go of. Some will say "karmic debt" from past lives if you believe in that. When your North Node is in effect these are usually the happiest times for you because you are on the right path.

These are all great explainations of the nodes. I have one from personal experience. Maybe this can help as well. My south node is Taurus and North Node is Scorpio. When I look back over my life I see a pattern. Every time my life changes. My lesson is to learn to let go and it is what I aspire towards (scorpio). Each time my life changes it's because I was prepared to leave behind all my possessions (taurus) and start from scratch. My most happiest moments were when I had NOTHING and I started over. I know that is hard to understand, lol! For me the hardest thing is to let go. Look for patterns in your life and times when you were certain you were on the right "path", it may be a good way to detect how your North Node works for you. (I'm sure that last sentence just echoed everyone elses responses, lol so consider it extra enforcement)******
