Shed a little light on my chart?

So I'm just staring at my chart, and trying to understand how it relates to some personality defects that I've got and how I can deal with them. However, I want to see how you guys would interpret it first to compare notes with how I really am as a person as I would consider you all unbiased.

I don't know my birth time, so I couldn't figure out my ascendant, then again, I'm not sure what it means anyway. I understand how the Sun - Mars might affect my personality, but the rest are a little confusing. Yes, I understand there are sites out there explaining them but it still seems ambiguous to me.
