Signs Buried in Houses?

Hello helpful Astroheads,

I'm having difficulty decoding the message or function of a) Aries buried in my 12th house, and b) Libra buried in my 6th. They are both so deeply set in these houses that Taurus (rising) and Scorpio (7th House) begin at 7 degrees. My 12th begins in Pisces at 17 degrees, and so too my 6th in Virgo.

My question: is this interpreted as an Aries 12th house cusp and a Libra 6th house cusp, despite Taurus and Scorpio actually initiating the 1st and 7th houses?

Cant help feeling like I'm misunderstanding the implications of having these two signs hidden within my chart - my 12th and 6th houses are so big they essentially touch 3 signs. Pisces Aries Taurus in the 12th, Virgo Libra Scorpio in the 6th.
