the downside to astrology

I love astrology, but id say that the bad thing about it its associating people youve met with their signs. And it happens the most when it has to do with finding a partner to spend your life with. Like for example i can never give a chance to a guy that has the same zodiac sign as my ex. Does this happen to everyone else ? Or do I just do this out of safety , if that makes any sense.
And not only exes, just simply any type of behavior that i constantly see in a specific sign... Im running out of options :c lmao

Yup I do this but only to one sign. I've convinced myself it's behavior I'm avoiding but I have an eerie suspicion I have a prejudice

I try not to follow Astrology too deeply because in the bible it state not to rely on this concepts but I do like to read them every now and then. I believe they have some truth but also believe that a person character is what ultimate takes them to the destination that they have found. Over all to live your life off of it complete is like being a physic or hand reader. I think that reading into anything too deeply can takes you into a delusion but truth is truth and facts or facts and lies are lies and where you place yourself in this understanding is on you. I would rather be grounded in any source of information then to be lost in it.

I am a bit like you OP. I'm running out of signs too: I won't touch Aquarius, gem, sag, pisces, libra, cancer and I very rarely attract any of the water or earth signs! Lol lol

whats your sun sign? iam a cancer and i wouldnt want to date a cancer myself. I consider myself too complicated to be dating someone like me. lmfao

Youre not getting it. I dont do it on purpose , but when i find out that person is lets say for example an Aries, something in my mind instantly triggers a negative response. And not in a judgmental manner, but i just instantly feel like im talking to my ex. Do you get the picture?
