The Hemispheres and potential fame/success

I read that a person with a heavy placements in their Northern hemisphere will achieve prominence in life even if they don't actively seek fame or success, while people with a heavy placements in the their Southern hemisphere will not achieve fame no matter how hard they try. This seems fatalistic to me, but I started looking up famous people and they do have heavy placements in their Northern hemispheres.

My Northern Hemisphere has a few planets and asteroids, but the bulk of my celestial bodies lies in my Eastern, Southern and Western Hemispheres.

Have you noticed a correlation in your life between success and heavy planetary placements in your Northern Hemisphere? Or in somebody else's?
