Third decan aquarius man/First decan libra woman
As with cusps, I have a hard time understanding the purpose of decans. In my opinion, they are just a minor influence (if any) compared to other more important aspects for compatiblity. And this may be a reason you are having a hard time finding anything in terms of compatibility online.
I can tell you this...(an example based on sun signs alone)
Say for instance you are a leo in the first decan of leo. Then, you would probably be more compatible with an Aries or Sag born in the first decan of their sign. The reason being because those signs are in the early degrees just like you. And the closer the signs are in degrees, the more powerful the aspect. Make sense?
It will still boil down to the sun sign lol
AND, in your case... an aqua sun and libra sun do NOT aspect each other at all even though they are harmonious.
Best bet for compatibility is to look at moon, mercury, venus, mars (etc..)

I just found out that I have Aquarius rising. My sign is Libra. Can anyone give me a gist of what this means? What's expected of me? I love Aquarians but still don't know all of the traits that are attributed to that sign. Thanks!
Could any give some positive advise. I've heard that Libras & Aquarians are a good match. But every Aquarius girl that I have been out with were not faithfull. The funny thing is that, I still like Aquarian women!
