Uranus . Neptune . Pluto .
They are useful because they lend their energy to personal planets that aspect them. Especially conjunct planets.
Ok so like do those planeta still rules signs like uranus-aquarius or is it supposedly saturn, neptune -pisces or is it jupiter, scorpio -pluto or is it mars or are they co ruled or whatever?

What house are they placed in?
My pluto in first house
Uranus is in third house
Neptune second house
