Varying rising signs

I have my sun & moon in Scorpio (woe unto me.. sometimes) and was born 10:51am, 30/10/89, roughly 1? 18' N 103? 50' E. Different internet pages have alternated between telling me i've got my rising in either Aquarius or Capricorn. How on earth do i unravel what it truly is?

I think you have to get the exact time of birth as the rising sign changes every 2hours - crudely put from another source

Rising sign cycles through all 12 signs in a day so that's 2 hours per sign.

And, yes, they go in the same sequence as sun signs.

Everytime I enter my exact Birth Time in a form trying to find my full chart, it always comes back with Sagittarius Rising, however, there are these little Rising Sign calculators on websites that show a little chart where you find your sun sign and then look down the chart for the 2 hour gap you were born in and that's supposed to be your Rising Sign, and whenever I look at that, it gives me a Capricorn Rising.

But NOW, I just found another Calculator that tells me i'm a Scorpio Rising. So I decided to go to some website where you can enter in real detailed information. such as the Longitude/Latitude of your Birth Place and it's giving me Scorpio Rising, with Virgo Midheaven. This is insane, I don't know what to believe...It also gives me a Gemini Moon now instead of Cancer

After trying a whole bunch of different ones, it's pretty much confirmed that my Rising Sign is still Sagittarius. I don't know why different sites give different info, but whatever.
