Some years the Sun will enter or leave a sign one or two days before or after general dates you see published or on websites. This is because the sun "does not" travel at the exact same speed year in, and year out. So would be best if she could consult a yearly Solar Chart Table or even better, have her exact birth data, and her whole chart done. i have a solar chart, and it's pretty much split between the 18 & 19-when the sun enters pisces, depending on the ((year)) of birth. She very likely is a Pisces, since half the time the sun enters pisces, a day (before) on the 18th, the other half of the time, the sun enters pisces on the 19th of February.. Many pisceans have mercury in aquarius, so you may be picking up on the aqua vibe from there, too.. (Important) Even for those born (very) close to a cusp, the sun technically, still can only be in "one" sign or the other. You will still belong to one "specific" sun-sign, not two..
Unless she was born in the *extreme* early (am) hours, and the sun entered Pisces on the 19th, instead of the 18th, i would guess, she most* likely IS born between 0 to 1 degree of Pisces..
Technically, you can only be one sign or the other. The sun enters each sign at a different point in time every year. Some years it may enter Pisces on the 19th, while other yrs it is not until the 20th.
The only way to know is to enter her birth time into astro.com or a similar database.
