Why do I feel like I'm in conflict with myself

Why do I feel like I'm always constantly in conflict with myself?

I'm a Libra sun
With Cancer rising, Taurus moon, Venus in Virgo, Mars, Mercury & Pluto In Scorpio
Sometimes I feel more of a Libra but most of the time I feel like a cancer/scorpio, sometimes I feel strong & confident & other days I feel powerless, some days I want things to be fair & other days I couldn't give a damn, some days I like people other days I couldn't give a damn about them lol, people have often called me complicated & I'm hard to understand

Anyone else got these placements.. Does this happen to you?

I think Cancer rising is also a pretty complicated placement to have
