Progressed chart shit? Do I go by my natal or progressed im confused my rising Mars Venus and moon sign is different in my progressed chart .. Wtfffff does this meannnnn helppppp

I read it's who you become over time and matters of maturing and growing but wtf am I suppose to use my natal chart or progressed and how long does it take to change ?

My Venus went from scorp to sag and the sag description in degrees very depressing but very true lately I used to be so passionate and obsessive when it came to love now I'm more laid back and whatever also my moon went from Virgo to cancer and I could never really describe the feeling of a Virgo moon lol but def relate to the cancer moon
