Give your favourite sign from each of the elements: fire, earth, air, water and state your reasons.

For example for me its:
Water = Scorpio
Reasons: Strength, determination, willpower, ego and cos well we're too damn sexy..lol

Fire: Leo
Reasons: Romantics, loyal, great dress sense, authoritarian, sexy, sunny disposition

Earth: Taurus
Reasons: Funny, sensual, knowledgeable, hot headed. The other two signs don't display emotion

Air: Aquarius
Reasons: Humanitarian, sharp, intellectuals, talkative, trustworthy

OK here's mine....

Water: Kind of a tie between Scorpio (LOVE their intensity and they intrigue me and can keep my interest piqued - rare for me!) and Cancer (appreciate their nurturing qualities.

Fire: Sagittarius, because they're fun, adventurous, independent and they just have this spark about them that I find adorable.

Earth: Taurus, same reasons as you MM the most sensual people I've ever come across, and they ground me when I need it.

Air: Aquarius, love their eccentricity, unique in every way very individual absolutely off the wall and hilarious!

Fire: Hmm, most of my friends are fire signs, but I would have to say Leos. They are friggin hilarious and so I appreciate their sense of humor like no other. This makes it possible to overlook their inflated egos.

Air: This is a tough one because I really mesh with this element, even more so than fellow water signs. But I really appreciate the Agua and Gemini way of thinking. As for Libras, although they are good people, they are a little too superficial. They don't really stand for anything and t/f will fall for everything.

Earth: As an element they are pretty cocky and full of themselves. I can't stand most Tauruses and I've known enough Virgo women to know they pretty much define the word bitch. Though I will say that Virgos don't hold themselves outside of self-scrutiny and t/f seem to be consistently on the path to personal growth. H/r because they are so far behind everyone, they have a way to go before they catch up to the rest of us. So by default that leaves Capricorn.

Water: Well, I find Cancers really hard to deal with, they are sooo time-consuming and draining. But I really love Scorpios. As a Pisces, I really admire their lack of propriety in hiding their absolute insanity. They just are and don't care what anyone has to say about them. Plus, their generosity is endless. The only thing I can't deal with is their unflinching close-mindedness/stubborness and their fits of rage (though this can occasionally be entertaining)

Air: Gemini. I know they can't keep their mouths shut, but I don't have to worry about them saying something I don't want people to know if I don't tell them it. Other than that, I find them rather refreshing, especially the women. I also like Aquas because they're either friendly and intelligent, or just something else altogether in a good way.

Fire: Leo. You have to dig their charisma and swagger, that is if they aren't being a big loud douche bag. As long as you accomidate their egos to a reasonable degree then they won't be all that hard to deal with and will be a powerful ally. Sometimes the way they're full of themselves is quite amusing actually.

Water: Cancer. I find them to be the easiest water sign to deal with, they'll take care of you if you're on their good side.

Earth: Hard to choose, I like all three. I dig their practicality and down to Earth ways, not to mention they give great advice. Virgos are slightly more annoying than Caps or Tauruses, but they generally back off once you let them know you're getting pissed off. Tauruses are too laid back to be annoying, and Caps too serious.

Air: Gemini, there's a great mental connection there and they keep my mind entertained.

Water: Tie between scorpio and pisces. Pisces are a bit easier to be around, but scorpio's tend to captivate my mind more than pisces do and they have alot of qualities that I admire. I haven't met any cancer's that I can think of right now, so they're automatically out of the question.

Fire: Probably sagittarius, they're just so easy to be around and don't have the ego problem that aries and leo do (atleast not the ones i've met anyway).

Earth: Capricorn and virgo - I have heaps of virgo friends, and the caps that i've met have been pretty awesome as well. Have met a few tauruses but there's just something about them that I can't put my finger on (that I don't like).

None of the mutable signs for me. They cant seem to get a grip or know whether they're coming or going...difficult to trust people like that.

Water - Scorpio

Fire - Aries.
Leos are a little too in your face...me...me...me...

Earth - Taurus. Like missmorals said, we're the only ones of the earth signs that can "do it once more with feeling"

Air - Aquarius. They're intellectually brilliant with great humor.

Sag, Cap, Aqua, Pisces

Air: Gemini w. Aqua close behind, a little biased since my closest friend is gem.

Fire: Aries
I might find Leo's more amusing if my father and I weren't always bumping heads. All I see is close-mindedness, incapable of seeing outside of the box. In addition, I got a lot of attention from my mother at a young age creating this Oedipus complex/tension between my father and I.

Earth: Capricorn, hard workers, funny & interesting people.
Don't know too many bulls, they seem alright though. Know lots of virgs though, they're generally alright to be around. I read somewhere that zodiac opposites are in their weakest state of mind around ea. other. Anyone hear this before? I would have always imagined you could learn from your opposite.

Water: Pisces, adaptability, III decanate is badass (not biased at all of course 😛 )
Don't know any Cancers, Scorp's are alright overall. Some of the males can be a lot to handle in my experience.

AIR: Tough choice, because I really don't like most of the ones I've met! I guess I'd have to go with Libra, just because I was married to one for 20+ years (most of those happy times)...

EARTH: Virgo, of course. Not because they're the greatest, but because I get along really well with my fellows. Cappies rub me the wrong way, and Bulls are too damn stubborn!

FIRE: Sagittarius. Honest, enthusiastic, and confident. Rams are insane, and Lions are full of hot - uh! - air...

WATER: Scorpio, of course. Seriously emotional / Emotionally serious. Cancers are too whiny, and Pisces are too weird...

The Aries woman I know best is actually married to a Virgo, and they're an insanely happy couple - always on the go, acting like they're in their 30's instead of their 50's... On the surface they seem like complete opposites, but after you've been around them for a while, they seem quite natural together -- like I said, nukin' futz!

Fire: my own, other than that Sags. because we have courage and self belief no other sign can rival.

Water: Scorps (not wimpy ones though that have neither scorp willpower or intellect) because we share the same planet and have many similarities. An aries can understand everything a scorp is thinking without asking. Pisces close second

Earth: This is tough. I am ambivlent about caps at best. Virgo are alright as long as not too anal retentive. Taurus are kind of stuck up.

Air: Aqua (mostly girls not men 🙂), then Libra.

Water - cancer. Yeah they're emotional but also emotionally nurturing. Scorps too too much with that stinger! Intense and sexual, but that stinger!!! LOL Pisces good with their intuition and insight, but ultimately too withholding with emotions.

Air - gemini.....never ever boring. Aquas are pretty intriguing. Libras bring beauty to the world. Still, gems take it.

Fire - aries? Leo's can be too filled with drama and arrogant. Sags too hard to pin down; always wandering and leaving.

Earth - eh, caps are good at the detached analysis thing; virgos are good for stimulating conversation. Overall best gotta be the taurus.....most easygoing and fun loving.

Water ~ Pisces (mutable) - friendly, intriguing, mysterious; chameleon natures-they rather have a bit of all signs in them, so they can be highly versatile & adaptable; so great potential for anything or everything. Also highly intuitive, creative, complex.. Neither too clingy or intense, so will let you breathe! (Scorpio) -especially when they have that certain drive and solid purpose, they can be very powerful and inspiring, as they have high-standards, a sense of fair-play and won't back down with what they believe in. - There's celebrity cancers i like, but really don't know any, but one.

Earth ~ Cap (cardinal) - hardworking, reliable, not overly analytical or fussy. I don't mind Virgos if they arn't too* A-typical. I especially like the *Moon in Virgo placement, even more-so when combined with fire, water or air - a nice grounding factor for the Sun. Taurus, i don't know.. *but can appreciate their highly sensual, tactile natures.

Fire ~ Sag (mutable) - high-spirited and very easy to like! You could never fully tame this wonderful beast, and you wouldn't want to. Never at a loss for words, and can really* live IN the moment-as i think all mutables can relate & appreciate. (Aries) - i like alot too, especially if they arn't too dogmatic or dictatorial. They truly have some of the biggest hearts, and can make you feel quite secure. I also like the ram's sense of adventure, competitive drive & high confidence. Just try asking an Aries to wait! lol* Leo, i don't know enough, but i like the fiery, dramatic energy, and adds ALOT to any planet/sign combination.

Air ~ much harder for me. I see their breezy natures as being the most merged of all elements. So, i'll default and say all three, since i have good rapport with the air energy anyway. In short, i like Libra's peaceable, easygoing charm, and sense of fairplay. i also find them intriguingly hard to pin-down, as they can be lil subtle dictators themselves, at times, which i find kind of cute. i once heard that a Libra can't even scare you without that charming smile on their face!..LOL Aquarius, i can relate to ALOT since i have much of this same energy in my own chart, and automatically feel a certain kinship and understanding. With gemini's, there's truly a nice, uncomplicated meeting of the minds. i like their highly responsive, curious, learned natures. They always have something to express or share, yet are rarely overly opinionated or forceful.

Earth - apart from Taureans (bias) it's got to be Caps for me. I like the way we contact on different levels and the fact that they appreciate certain things about me that other signs would deem boring. I like Virgs too, but I find them a little bit sterile sometimes. And I love my fellow Taureans, we click so easily.

Air - Got to be Gems. There's just something about them that I really like. They're fun to be around. Could be something to do with my Gem moon I suppose.

Fire - Am really not sure...think it's gonna have to be Aries as I know more Aries than any other fire sign and we get on pretty well. Little bit crazy sometimes, but in small doses this is good!

Water - WIll stick to Pisces on this one. Although they can drive me nuts with their over sensitivity, whining and general mopiness (in my opinion for the ones I've met, not a general overview!) they will be there for you through thick and thin and I think this quality easily out-weighs the negatives. Plus they can think of some insane things to do which I would never have even considered!

Water: Cancer - married one; my sister married one - both incredibly kind human beings.
Air: Aqua - nothing attracts a zoned out lunatic more than a zoned in one.
Fire: Aries - My sister gives the best pep-talks with the least amount of bullshit.
Earth: Virgs - Low bullshit factor, enormous loyalty factor. Caps - I think they are more balanced than Pisces in terms of having 'a bit of every sign'. Non-judgmental.

Water-(PLUTONIANS ONLY!!!!!!)Scorpio...hands down, because of the level of introspection, intellect, emotions, and the level of overall depth, not to mention the themes that come up with the sign.... I LUV those scorps...I struggle withe martian types though....immature fukin' brats looking for a fight, and don't realize the depth of their sensitivity and are USUALLY the ones who walk away hurt they're too damned simple minded....the plutonians KNOW how to play the game....I like Scorpio the best when it's at it's best in short....but that's usually what Scorpio aspires to be anyway....The subtle attitude is sexy, and powerful....I just like their demeanor in all ways....it's fun to really talk to a Scorpio....with no one else do I feel as if I'm being seen....

Fire-Leo and Sag....it's a tie....I like Leos self-assured, and grand attitude, all things big, and they believe that there's NOTHING they can't do and have: I like their 'think big' attitude, it's inspiring and I like to feel inspired and that the sky's the limit it's really living life at it's fullest like it should be....I like their overall attitude, but it's a shame that the give it all away at once....They're bright and funny, and just to see them talking about their ideas is really great...Sags are freedom -loving and really interesting folk....good thought power, and very respectful usually of other peoples needs and boundaries...intellectual, and adventurous....they are just fun to be around....First girl was a Sag, and she amazes me still....

Wind-Aquarius ONLY..... Geminis I only feel tolerant towards, and I can't STAND Librans.....rather than going into detail as to why, I'll just talk about the Aquas.....they have a interesting turn of mind, and are quirky, and they stand their ground (intellectually) which is a trait I respect, and am at odds with at times....GREAT BRAINSTORMERS!!!!! Good for a calaboration of ANY kind because they just work well in groups.....sometimes they can't handle the depth of their thoughts and go a little 'weird' on you, but I do like their ability to focus, and their surprisingly rare 'outta the box' thinking style ....

Earth-Well, I've never really thought about Earth....But I'd go with Capricorn, and Taurus.....the strength and stolidity they have, and they're usually fearless, with a good sense of co

Water - Gotta be Pisces, they're so multi-faceted (not two-faced) and they always manage to keep people guessing, I love that they are cloaked in mystery and not shallow people generally, plus they care genuinely about the human condition and the soul and essence of the people they meet. And they can come up with the most fascinating and intelligent topics of conversation. Some of the most intelligent people I know are Pisces and they can put Virgo's and Aqua's to shame in terms of intellect.

Fire - Sagi all the way (bar one miserable Sagi harridan I know, she can just go straight to hell for all her carping and moaning and general rude nature). But most Sagi's are fun, upbeat, intense, intelligent, witty and well rounded individuals.

Air - Gotta be Libra, have too many friends in this sign and they are great to be around (if a little unreliable and superficial). Gemini is a close second cos they are witty and fairly smart.

Fire-Sags hands down. i don't tend to always get along well with other arian females just the males. But sags I love men and women, they are adventurous and have are not too close minded.

Earth- I will have to say Capricorns. ( my rising sign). I have 4 close friends who are ALL caps. They are all very goofy and spontaneous as hell. We have loads of fun together causing trouble and talking about life.

Air- Gemini , OHH gemini! love/hate but my fav air sign. So easy to get along with, and they can read people like a book. they can get deppressed easily sometimes, but are pretty easygoing usually.

Water- Hmm... hard one. I actually tend to dislike water signs the most except for Pisces. They are sweet and like to help people.

I'm a cappie but anyway... onto my favorites.

Fire-Leo
Never really got along with Saggitarius, nor no them well. I know some cool Aries people. Leo wins for me though because they have something cool and attractive about them, probably because of how they tend to be more impulsive which is so oppisite of Capricorn. Grrr... but they are just a stubborn (my bf is a Leo so it doesn't help that were are both stubborn. LOL.)

Earth-Taurus
I'm attracted to a lot of Virgos but I'm always too shy to talk to the ones I'm attracted to. The Virgos that I do talk to end up being really cool funny friends. Capricorns are cool too because we usually have a lot in common. But I love Taurus. They are great friends and I feel like you can always count on them. They are very down to earth... just like their element.

Water-Cancer
I have a best friend that is a Scorpio but sometimes I don't feel so close with her. I don't understand Pisces too well most of the time. But I can definately relate to Cancer... they are quite emotional but they are fun to talk to and they are just easy to relate too and everything.

Air-Aquarius/Gemini
Libras don't really work for me. Some can be a bit gossipy and two faced. I have a tie between Aquarius and Gemini. Maybe a little bit more Aquarius but I really love Gemini's sometimes. Aquarius is so creative and unique. Gemini can be quite unique too... I'm usually attracted to Gemini guys. However, my mom is a Gemini and sometimes we get along great while other times we just can't stand each other. LOL.

Fire: Aries and Leos, I can't choose, both are funny and I get along with both, sags, I really like too, so I can't really decide on the fire signs
Earth: Virgos, I don't know...which to choose lol
Air: Libras, they are very peaceful people
