Is that true that cancer man is not easy to trust people and to talk about their true feeling ?

perhaps, but this will definitely depend on the exact times of their birth.

That is my experience with the Cancer man I know - his true feelings are hard to know. When we text and are on chat, he is very, very quiet. Even if I talk about my feelings, he will most likely not respond, and sometimes won't respond for a day, or a few. But in person he didn't have that problem. Once I told him he made it difficult to get to know him, and he chalked it up to being busy and tired, in a joking way.

It's funny because when I told him he embodies the traits of a Cancer sun sign, he scoffed and said he doesn't believe it astrological signs. I guess you don't have to believe it to have the traits!

If you give off an unstable vibe, yes.
Generally you have to demonstrate to a Cancer that you can be trusted before they'll open up.

Aside from that, if you meet the three above, they'll never shut up lol.

The one exception to all that is if things are going badly in their life (finances, family especially). They'll "clam up" both to sort out things but also to protect those they care about.

^^ I think this is what is happening with my Cancer Man right now. He has some bad things happening in his life in the areas you mentioned and has completely shut me out and is ignoring me all of a sudden. I've never been with a man who has done this so it's hard sometimes to keep in mind that he's going through a tough time and perhaps just doesn't want to talk about anything. I'm so used to being a shoulder to lean on for the people close to me in my life (I have Cancer Moon). All I want to do is wrap my arms around him and make him feel better but he's completely tucked into his shell at this moment. My heart hurts for him and I miss him terribly. It's hard. It's also difficult for me as my Gemini Sun wishes he could just come out and tell me what he needs, as the logical part of my personality understands that form of communication, but my Cancer Moon tells me & feels that his not saying anything speaks volumes as to what he needs right now. Darn my conflicting signs that have different needs HAHA! Just trying to stay positive at this point and trust that it has nothing to do with me. But again as I said before, it's hard and I wish I could comfort him in some way through this tough time.

This is true i dated 3 cancers while Emotionally Unavailable and id keep myself guarded and when they tried to talk about other girls to see how i react as i dont show it, id mirror that and in the longest relationship of 2 years, he never trusted me and he was cold and so different to the cancer i am with now. He somehow got me to open up and its the best one ive ever been in and this one will be marriage and kids.

Its true they have to trust you.
