What cancerians are promoting on here applies to every single person of whatever sign, once they are done, they are done and there is no going back.
I guess what the OP meant was once they end it, or break up with you, can they come back? Absolutely and will do so many times until you put a full stop to their back and forth. Fixed signs mean it when they end it unless you beg and cry.
