Thank you for all of the posts so far, everyone. Now, looking back on my original post, it makes it sound like I am implying he said "that's cool, man" in a non-bothered way.. that's actually not true - He raised his eyebrows and said "That's cool, man" like he was genuinely impressed by my answer, so I could tell my answer was interesting to him (somewhat) just wanted to know whether this interested was friendly or anything more as he did say "man".
