To quote my Sag bestie. While out celebrating my Dad's birthday he said that to me. He's right but the thought of dating again gives me as much enthusiasm as going to the dentist. I hate online dating. I'd rather meet face to face then discuss an outing. But also most aren't looking for anything special. They're all on some rebound pound town quest. Not my thing at all!

I guess I'm old and just don't want to conform to the modern dating age of instant gratification then on to the next one.

I'm sitting the bench until this changes. Even if I become a skeleton waiting.

Never say never! I'm not bashing the online dating scene if it works for people. I've just watched too many real life horror stories with friends. All of that drama would give me ulcers.

I'm on that bench with you. I don't like this new modern day dating which promotes instant gratification and then onto the next one or the other one is to check sexual compatibility first and the rest comes after.

God, I hope I don't find myself out in the dating world again. Have we really become a bunch of users, takers and on to the next types? Hell, I almost fell into that abyss not too long ago. *shudder*

Wow feeling your post girl. That's exactly it. I'm also in no hurry! So far the past year and a half I've had a blast. In a few weeks I'm going to The Keys. Que Michael McDonald's Sweet Freedom ya'll!
