Can someone help me understand my chart?! :O

I was never into all this zodiac and astrology stuff till recently... It's very interesting, but I took my birth chart and don't understand what any of this means... can someone help me? @_@ Ty in advance!!!

but for just a beginner,

sun = self
moon = emotions, you having libra means you think more then feel
mercury = how you communicate
venus = how u love
mars = your sexual energy/ energy in general
