cap ignoring me what should i do? :(

He actually does this often.We texted last week and then i accidentally sent him a message i ment to send to one of my girlfriends saying wanna go to the movies and then i sent oops ment to send that to my friend.He didnt respond.then i sent him another text the next day asking how he was.still didnt respond.this happens often actually and i end up blaming myself and then he contacts me days later like nothing happened.

Why are you blaming your self? for what? He didn't respond because you said it wasn't meant for him

The problem is my cap has commitment issues and hes in denial about having feelings for me.he told me he distances himself when he started to feel things.I know he has strong feelings for me and he even told me hes in denial.It's as if he wants himself to believe that he doesnt have strong feelings for me and hes doing everything possible to make himself believe that.So he even kinda pretendss to be mean and rude to me and i can tell that its all an act like when young boys have crushes on girls and they pull their hair and make fun of them but in reality they like them,same thing is happening here.He was hurt by his ex and thats why hes afraid to feel strong feelings and love now.



Is this you imagining this, rationalizing for him, or making excuses in your mind why he treats you this way? OR Has he actually admitted to every bit of this?


I just wanted to know what i can do to make him miss me and realize hes taking me for granted.I am always available for him.whenever he contacts me i respond asap and do what ever he wants.



Your problem is you are making yourself too available for him. He doesn't have to work for it and he might be bored with you.

I like most of his fb posts and give me so much attention and he gives me none.

Im just afraid if i stop doing that he'll forget me and move on cause he'll think im not interested anymore and since hes afraid to get hurt he wont end up chasing me and getting me back 😢



You're letting your insecurity and fear take over. This, in fact, makes you appear needy. That trait is not attractive. If he wonders why you're not interested, he might be of the mind to contact you and see where you've been and what you're doing.

Stop rationalizing and making excuses for him. Your number one goal should be to make yourself happy!!!! And he's obviously NOT making you happy or you wouldn't be on here posting about it.

And if he doesn't contact you, you'll know he's not into you. You'll have your answer.

Thanks so much for the advice guys!!!!!!!!But should i also stay off of fb?meaing not post status's ,pics and not go on fb chat?or i can go on fb,just ignore him?

I am currently going through the same thing. I called it off with my cap guy for the same thing "lack of communication". He wants wants to be friends and see what comes from that, so I pulled away. Since I have pulled away, he has been calling me every morning on his way to work and texting me good night every night. It's hard, believe me, it's hard to NOT contact but keep yourself busy and if he is interested he will make an effort. Good Luck!
