Capricorn and capricorn

I am a Capricorn man (with Aries raising ) who's recently met a Capricorn woman.
We seem to get along, but it's like a battle of the goats to see who opens up first.
She's very quiet does not seem to be interested, but always responds to my text that very positive words.
Is very hard to read, but my gut feeling is I need to be very patient and not pushy,but it's hard to tell if she's interested or not.
When you had one coffee date, then six weeks later we had more of a casual dinner things seem to go well but it's very hard to tell

Well, do you think perhaps she feels the same way about you? You're the man. It's up to YOU to keep the ball rolling and express your interest first.

Here's my question. One coffee date. Then SIX weeks later you have a second date? I'd think you weren't that interested.

A lot happened in the last six weeks , It was not just a coffee date and I Blew her off!
After out initial coffee date, we both agreed we should get together soon. But then she got sick, then had to leave for a trip, then the holidays came, then I got sick.
But the entire time I stayed in contact with her...I did not want to be to pushy, so I gave her space. But it was me alway iniciating text. Her responses were always short and delayed.
If it was any other woman, I would assume she was not interested and moved on
