Capricorn help

I'm interested in a pisces.
But something was off he seemed more grounded.

We are back to normal just like we were in the summer.

Understanding him.
He said he never opens up to anyone before like he did with me and still does.
Are talks can get serious about anything.
Opening doors and wants to pay if we go out.
When we started out as friends he never payed for me and then he just switched.
I try paying half and he give me a look.
We never dated before.
I make him laugh.
Get him to relax and have fun.
In a way i told him what i'm looking for and he said that's me.

I get clues from him and l'm not sure if he leading me on. So i don't cross that line.

It's like we can both be ourself with each other.
Missed some clues at first when hanging around each other ,because i didn't think it was going to go nowhere.
Never talk about being more then friends and never tossed hints.
Maybe he thought i was not interested.
He ignored me and i move on and dated someone else and it didn't work.
After that he saw me and nothing, the next time i saw him we were back talking. I told him i was not seeing anyone.

We are going ice skating this sat. Going to ask him if he likes me more then a friend.
