Capricorns and their PRIDE

If a Capricorn tells you they still like you, love you and all that but they can't come back home because of their pride, should you just leave then alone and move on? Is that the final decision or do they need some time to think?
Basically after talking to my ex Cap about coming back home after he moved out (I told him to leave then took it back) he said his pride is buttering his head up and he can't come back because he will feel like a weak lil b****. Should I give up hope because he hasn't contacted me since I told him fine to just leave me alone or will he realize he has too much pride and come back?
Idk because I told him not to contact me anymore about anything. He usually listens when someone tells him not to do something.

Way too much push/pull. You need to start thinking before you speak. You don't tell someone to move out then ask them to come back, and you don't tell someone to leave you alone if you don't really mean it.
I understand being in the heat of the moment and you might mean that shit when you say it.. but given your history of indecisiveness I would work harder to bite your tongue when you're angry. What has worked for me is writing stuff down when I'm angry.. that way you are getting stuff out of your system without damaging relationships.click to expand

Most likely no, since he knows himself enough to admit his pride refuses to let him come back.

He told you how he was feeling and you could have been a more gentle with that info. You only gave him another reason to recoil. In his mind he probably thinks YOU dont want him and YOU dont understand him.
I have so much Cardinal & Cap in my sign its ridiculous. So, I understand the pride thing... Try not to give this too much time bc he could get used to the idea of being alone. Anyone could.
I'm also hard lover so I was going to side with you initially. I think you should give him some space and then come back with a very VERY sincere apology. In the mean time try not to be anxious.. and work on not lashing out and trying to understand his side. If he truly loves you then he'll try and make it work.

You are right I should have respected his feelings but u don't just put someone out. There had to be actions to lead to me getting mad which is what I said but he doesn't listen. It's like a know it all attitude.
I have Cap rising and a few Cap placements but I don't think I possess any of the Cap traits. I'm not logical at all I'm emotional. But I understand what you're saying. I've decided to step back and work on myself. I'm starting to realize its no need to try but then he is still doing small things like getting mad I deleted him off my Netflix and telling me when he came to get his stuff he hung around and took his time so I would cross paths with him but I didn't say anything that day, just little childish things. I think he wants me to beg him and I'm not doing that. Like I can tell he doesn't want to let go completely but his pride won't let him work on things. So I'm going to fall all the way back and if he leaves I'll live with it.
