Childhood sweetheart Capricorn

He contacted me about five years ago wanting to catch up, but I was in a difficult place then with a guy I was seeing and had depression. I couldn't deal with anything else. I could tell he was still interested, but I didn't respond to his emails after a while. Now we got back into contact again by social media and I realise he was always a sweet guy and I should have at least caught up with him. I have emailed him and he's been very polite and nice but very formal. I don't know if he's single or not, but I know he's not married. Would a capricorn be angry about me not emailing and then fading away like I did? What should I do now?

Speaking only for this Capricorn .... Nope, "we" really don't care that much for constant contact. He's probably not angry but he's no fool either and will likely not take bait until you drop that line at least twice. You contacted him once. With your track record, he's probably not putting much stock in it. Drop another email and apologize etc. don't just pretend to pick up where you left the last conversation. He'll probably warm up after that. We don't show our true feelings often so when we do, it's a risk. If its worth that much to you, try again.
