Confused w/ Capricon Man?

I was out with my friends one night and a cap guy went up to me and told me that he's never likely to go up and introduce himself. I thought it was cute. We talked, exchanged numbers etc... We went on a date for the first time 2 days after we met and ended up spending the night at his place. He kept telling me how he wanted to take me out for brunch and wanted to spend more time with me. We didn't have sex or anything. We ended up having brunch but I left right after. Before I left he asked "Are you sick of me?" I replied "No, I'm just not feeling well." He then asked when I'd see him again I said maybe tomorrow or the next few days.

That night he texted me asking if I was feeling better. I said yes, also mentioned that I was free tomorrow night if he wanted to hang out. No response. The next morning he texted me saying sorry that he didn't reply because he needed rest, his mind and body was exhausted (He's had friends visiting/staying with him for a week). I replied "Hope u feel better" It's been like 2 days now and I have not heard anything from him. Is he still interested? I'm a Virgo, I'm obviously over analyzing but at the same time I want an answer so I don't waste my time ya know?

I also have a feeling he is feeling very overwhelmed by how strong and fast our connection is
