Confusing Capricorn

So I met this Capricorn a week ago. He gave me his number the Friday so I messaged him the Saturday afternoon. Every thing seemed great lots of chat getting to know each other we have a few things in common which is good. We were speaking for the whole weekend even when I was going to work the Monday he was messaging me throughout the day and then all of a sudden he just stopped messaging me.
He said that he can feel chemistry between us and he feels so comfortable around me but why do things like disappear. I Decided to message him on the weds as I didn't hear from him he did get back but convo was very brief.
I want to text him to see how his weekend has been but I don't want to be Ignored.

Why don't you let him do the contacting? Let him take the lead.

Nothing happened between us, even though he always chats to me when he sees me in person.
Maybe its a cappy thing to give their number out to girls they are not interested in pursuing? Otherwise why give number at all?

If he's not contacting you LeoQueen I suggest you step back and stop initiating contact with him. Since he doesn't seem too eager to get to know you then don't be so available to that kind of guy because being available can make a guy turn heel and run, he'll put you on ice to slow you down.
Too much contact, getting too familiar and comfortable with a person too fast can spoil things which is why I stopped all electronic communication when I was dating my now husband, no text messaging, unless it was an emergency, no long drawn out conversations in the beginning, I learned how to keep things light and simple for the first year we dated,, I learned the hard way from past mistakes, some things feel good, can feel awesome but lead a woman into a dead end so for me- I had to set some firm boundaries and for me well it worked.
Allow him a bit of space to get back to you and if he doesn't get back with you well no harm, none of your time nor your energy has been wasted, next.
@Kalin...If he didn't set up a place, day and time then it wasn't a date. Next time lock down a place, time and date so you can be sure and he can be clear about having a date with you.
Don't take these random men too seriously, guys casually are meeting a multitude of random women online, offline, streets, clubs, pubs, bars etc and many of them lose track of time and lose track of all the women they're interacting with. I wouldn't worry too much about it. You'll know when a guy truly is interested because he will make sure you know he's into you by initiating dates, initiating calls and text messages, if he's not doing that then fuhget about it, next.

When you say disappear...how long has it been? Have you tried to reach out to him at all? I'm not suggesting that you chase him, but just shoot him a very casual text message or call him and then wait to see what happens.
Yes Leo, dont drown a Capricorn in to much attention, give him space.. Let him contact you first, dont assume or rush anything though be very patient ☺

I actually witnessed this ^ tonight. My Gemini male pal printed up cards with his name and social media on it... It's not a business card either.
Tbh, it kind if turns me off to know that there are guys out there handing their info out like that to anyone half decent looking. I personally wouldn't take a guy seriously if he did that with me.
