cappies, I did something that no cappy girl should ever do ... and that's get uncontrollably angry.

This is not good for us I assume, because I have the worse headache ever and I can't seem to get rid of it.

I blew my top today and now I'm playing for .................(

I don't want to take anything because I will get tired and I will not be able to do my important stuff tonight 😢
