HELP PLEASE!!!1

i posted a message up here months ago about me and a cap woman and I don't want to do it again because it was quite long just to cut to the chase and ended with her saying " I would like us to remain as friends I hope you understand" so I asked why is it me and she replied saying " im caught up on my ex I cant look at people the way I look at him" I miss her its been a month and change since that I decided to leave her alone and give her space I actually tried moving on but every now and then I think about her I don't see her at all besides when im going home and I see her car outside her job I miss her I really would like to make her mine and I don't know how to do it. we were just perfect for each other we complemented each other well but I don't know her situation. just for the hell of it shes a cap woman like is said to be specific born on January 8 and im a cusp guy born November 22 scorpio-sag. help me out fellow cap woman

I wish you would have seen my recent post about the scenario you would had greater insight. actually Capricorn woman intimidate me just a little but its extremely attractive typical scorpio with me saying that I don't want to get rejected I don't know how to approach her with that situation of hers.
