He stares at me alot. This is what has happened over the course of time....
So there's this guy I had a mini crush on. I was VERY quiet and while some people were laughing and talking I was looking around and just looking at everything. I find out that he's staring at me because I look over to him. But he quickly looks away. I keeping looking then I look away. Later, when I had to stay back in school and he was there. When I was getting ready to leave, I looked over and he was staring from a distance. Okay. Haha. Then I went to a restaurant and he was there. I guest he was there with someone. But when he heard me whisper something to my friend because she had money problems....I was standing right behind him and he turned around quickly and stared at me, then the person he was with giggled, I guess because I was making a wide eyed face, and he laughed in a nervous way. I was looking his way and he looked at me from the corner of his eye. Then, I looked out the window in his direction and he looked at me and stared. at me. I guess he thought I was looking at him. I looked at him and he looked at me and we locked eye contact, I don't know how long.
What does this mean? Is he interested or no?
Also, there was a time when he was at his locker and I was talking to a teacher. He kept taking glances at me, I was in a good mood then. He didn't see me do anything outgoing like being crazy, laughing,etc. Then he walked slowly past me and wouldn't even look at me.
I was in a restaurant with friends and one of them had money issues. So I whispered and my crush (haven't spoke to him AT ALL) turned around and stared at me, like quickly turned around. The girl he was with giggled ( don't know if it was my face because I had a wide open, shocked expression or she's knows something about me) and he stopped staring and laughed with her. Everytime I looked at him he would stare me in the eye, but once I looked away, he would brush it off. What, does she know something that I don't know? What does it mean when a girl giggles at a guy staring at someone?

Why doesnt he come to me? He stares but doesn't approach. Maybe hes not interest
