Ideal places for dates

I just wanted to try something different but something he would enjoy and don't want all dates to involve being intoxicated & partying lol. They like places of socializing in small group settings. A movie is good, but it doesn't give you room to talk until after the fact unless it's followed by dinner. Bowling, mini golf, board games, and laid back restaurants are good avenues for dates.
