I met this guy couple days ago, we laughed, alot, he tried to insert himself into the groups plans, couldn't go. The next day he chatted me up on FB twice (one during the day, the other during the night), quick convo, he was actually boring online, but w/e. The next day, he chats me up again and in the weirdest way asked me if I wanted to go out for a drink (he asked me if I needed to get up early the next day, I said yes, he said "nvm" haha, cute) but I couldn't. We talked, he popped up with random things to say. The next day nothing the whole day.

My cap friend says theres interest, my cancer sensibilities tell me its going nowhere. I understand the whole mixed signal thing, but I always feel I'm the exception to every rule and he's just surprisingly friendly...maybe?

Anybody who has the slightest interest for someone else, does weird stuff like that. Just don't read into things more than they are.

Yes, you are all completely right, he has that aloof, passive vibe to him. Which sadly, is what always interests me in a guy.

He's not avoiding me like the plague, but he has slowed down. Me being a cancer I don't show interest readily. He hasn't contacted me, should I strike up a conversation? Or maybe wait till tomorrow and pop up with "hey! my friends are doing such and such..." Lol.

And S_C, thanks for telling me about the meaningful convos, this is exactly why I get along with Aquas and Sags so much, I find that their humanitarian sides usually lead to long discussions about the world. I've actually am continuing a week long discussion about ideas with my Aqua ex. If this is true, and it might so somewhere, it would be perfect...in that aspect of course, who knows about the rest 😛

S_C, I completely agree...although sometimes its nice to know that they are thinking about your panties...depending on the situation lol.
