What's in a cap man's look?

I've been working with a cap guy together for 4 months already. He's younger than me and our relationships didn't use to be very smooth from the beginning.

But then idk something changed and he began acting a too much weird. He's constantly trying to find me and ask whatever, he shows his respect for me in front of others. He helps me, he treats me like a queen etc....
I think he's into me. As we work together and i doubt if there's something possible between us.

Whatever happens (we're at Christmas vacation now), but I want other ppl to express what they have witnessed about capricorn males that are into you and especially about the way they look at you....Because the way this guy constantly looks at me scares me out. His look is so magnetic that i'm afraid of it. I can talk to him but i can't stand looking straight into his eyes. They're like two spies.

That's great as I really like this guy. I think if there was a way, I'd agree. But I think our work doesn't create this possibility and I start feeling awkward when he stares like this.
And yes, his friends already start joke around about his crash and even he's been recently too embarrassed while talking to me. I hoped hell get over this state but however hes embarrassed he keeps approaching me, constantly staring.
I think i wont be able to stand that long as we are to work together for at least 3,5 years.
Im quite sensitive but i dont want to give out vain hopes. I dunno what to do.... After my previous Cancer guy whose interest i always questioned...this is too much for me! Caps attitude and esp look is painful for me.

He wants to eat you alive.

My stare is more intense than that...but only when they're not looking.

Wow I know the look you're talking about!!! When I 1st meet my Cap he use to stare at me but I never paid him any mind. Then he got my # from a mutual friend and when he called me I wasn’t never interested in him. I would always tell him I will call him back and didn’t. He wasn’t annoying me because he didn't call me constantly but maybe once a day. Then all of a sudden he really got my attention on the phone 1 day. Then I saw him later that day in a public place and when he looked me in my eyes I instantly fell in love with him. That looked turned into some intense passion for years now. Passion we should not have for each other based on our circumstances. It's like our relationship is a habit and so addicting and I tried to stop bc I know it's wrong but that feeling he gives me is undeniable. He feels the same way about me. That look will have you in a trance lol

Im a marine, hes younger and my inferior. So accepting whatsoever while we're working together would be totally inappropriate. I wish I could, because comparing with other guys I met, his actions really speak for themselves, he's really caring, responsible and trustworthy etc BUT again...
So my mission now is not to fall in love with this guy as I already start to like him more.
