capricorn guy is confused??

I've been seeing this cap guy, nothing serious... but he does this thing, like... he can't make up his mind what he wants... and it's frustrating! We started to kiss one day, and then all of a sudden he stopped, looked at his watch and said ' I should go' and then he left... just like that. Another time he told me that hewanted to hang out and watch a movie... we talked for about an hour and iI was about to put on a movie when he said " actually im hungry, i might go home" weird but whatever.. I said OK and he kind of paused at the door and stared at me.. I said "what" and he said " I want to stay with you" so I said " then stay, you can eat here" he agreed, we sat down for maybe 15 mind and he got up and "I should actually go"... and he left... like WHAT... whenever I text him he doesn't text back or he replies with one word answers.. so I don't bother to text him for a while and he'll text me asking me where I am, and if I want to see him again... when I say yes, let's meet or whatever...HE DOESN'T REPLY! WHAT is this weird behaviour—
