But yes, it is the most sensitive and most.... Piscean placement to have in one's chart. Neptune in 12th.
That is why you feel more like Pisces than a Scorpio.

hmm ..sensitivities (good/bad) are heightened with Neptune in 12..
And no..not Neptune rising.
Ascendant(rising) is the first house.
