Dreams are not predictive, they're not a game that you can control etc...what a dream is, is an interpretation of your deep subconscious. It's in a code language, a code of symbols. They're very subtle. Your mind can't get the information directly, your "guardian", that thing in your mind that makes the dreams, creates codes that you need to figure out.
Google it and read up from a few different sites, Dreammoods, dreamsymbolism, and a few others are pretty good. But every dream is different, you have to be a detective, and put the elements together, even if they appear disjointed.
Dreams can also use puns and expressions...like if you dream of Rome, it might refer to the expression "all roads lead to Rome..."
Just thought I'd put that out there cause nobody seems to know about it.

The person that posted this is correct in that dreams are tools for our minds to work out lifes problems. All the way from the days simplest questions to the deepest mysteries of our soul. And that in using those tools one must be aware of the subtleties involved in order to understand them. Where he is incorrect is that lots of people, most people, diminish this tool in their every day lives without even knowing it. This takes place through a calcification of the "pineal gland" in the center of the brain. The pineal gland excretes small amount of a substance called Dimethyltryptamine or"dmt". This "dmt" makes for the most vivid of dreams. It is actually found in every living organism on the planet in small amounts. And even refined in some circles as a drug. Calcification happens via actions you would never think twice about. Flouride is a major culprit, certain sodas, and an overall lack of effort put in to having an understanding. All of these can lead to a life in which you never remember your dreams. So sad if you think about it. Although the natural process still takes place on a subconscious level no matter how blind you've made yourself, your tools will become dull. Use your mind boys and girls. Open your third eye. Pursue that which cannot be caught. Dream big.

Last night I dreamnt of being in this dark place, airplane came close to landing on me 3 times than it finally crashed. I was than in a large body of water really dark, couldn't help but think abut what could be in the water.. I was holding this little girl but it was hard to swim across the water with her and I couldn't stay afloat lol.

I had an idea of what to make of this dream but I'm still learning to analyze my own dreams.

Well dream books will tell you that planes are sexuality, or in some cases a risk you took. You werent in it so maybe youre detached from your sexualiy but aware of it. Darkness may mean missunderstanding, i would think...water= emotions...things in the water are probably skills, faculties that are dormant in you. The little girl could be a new facet of your personality, the age represents the amount of time that you've had it. You feel like you cant keep it, its too much to carry...
You just have to keep thinking about it and the deeper meaning will appear....🙂
