Recurring dreams.

Began over five years ago, having to do with one person in particular. This person and I had no romance. We just talked a lot over the phone.

I dreamed I'd be talking to him on the phone. During the talks, he would be angry. As time went on, he would go from angry to sad. More dreams, and he was sounding depressed, devastated, telling me he didn't know what to do, that he was at the end of his rope. I could hear the raw emotion in his voice, and I felt it. Shared it. Sometimes, I could hear him crying. The dreams stopped after a couple of years. Then shortly there after, this guy had a lot of horrible stuff happen to him. Suffice it to say, all the sadness, crying, depression, uncertainty... everything I heard in my dreams over the two years prior, all came to pass.

Later, I kept having dreams where he was angry with me. Yelling at me. I felt nothing in these dreams. Over the next couple of years, these dreams also came true.

I've stopped talking to him, but dream at times that I'll get an email from him, or we will be on the phone talking. It'll happen maybe two nights in a row, then nothing, and within a week I will hear from him via email. Recently, I was talking to him in a dream. Within a week, he called but I changed my number.

I don't think interpretations of prophetic dreams are necessary, but if you have insight, feel free. I guess what I'd love to know, but perhaps may never know, is why? And if this has happened to anyone else.
