Sharing a dream with someone?

So, i dont even know how to phrase this but.. has it ever happenened to anyone to literally have the same dream with someone else.
Basically, my ex gf and i shared a dream once or twice... we experienced the same events in our dreams, with just a little shift... back then, in the morning, we had a habit of telling each others our dreams and that morning after i told her my dream she was stunned, then she told me hers and it was exactly the same!
Im just wondering if it happened to anyone else? Like im still looking out for answers
Her and i, we have the deepest connection, we've experienced telepathy, weird coïncidence and all types of thing
Happened with me and a guy friend in college. Neither of us was attracted to the other but our dream was of a sexual nature. We were both a little embarrassed but also a bit tripped out about it.

I've had this happen with my last ex. I had a dream about my first love and when I woke up, my bf at the time was moody as heck, right off the bat. When I asked him what was his problem he said he had a dream that I "went back to my ex" he described the dream and it was exactly like mine. I never did anything with my ex, but the fact that my ex and I were anywhere near each other in the dream, let alone friendly with each other, meant I was dumping him lol..
My ex (first love) sent me an email, that same night, I didn't see it until a couple days later. Never told my ex that we had shared the same dream, it would have made him more paranoid.
Did you have a special connection with your first love?

My ex hasnt contacted me since she dumped me, but i still have dreams about her , like updates on her lifePosted by bebelouDefinitely, the most intense I had, had at the time. I never felt anything remotely close to it with the ex or anyone for the matter, at that time when I had the dream. This is as far as far as dreams go. But I had another dream him about 8 months ago, odd dream, but I finally let him go. He popped up after a year of NC a couple days after that dream and the first time it happened it was after 4 years. I'm not entirely sure of his exact motives, but he had an incredibly transparent excuse.Posted by SweetLily_89

I was however, in love with him for 7 years. Sadly, 5 of those were post break up and that includes the time that I had the first dream. I had allowed him back into my life as a friend when he popped up after those 4 years, he proved to me that he wasn't as sorry for what he did the first time and certainly didn't learn from his mistake. I, of all people, am in no place to tell someone what is possible in regards to the metaphysical. You very well, could be picking up on your ex, whether she realizes it or not.

"I had one too", and I asked if it was, um, not platonic, and he said yes.
