I have some. They are nice. I like them and my BF likes them on me also. They won't make your butt look worse in just the bare panties. I don't know if you mean with clothes. If I do wear anything underneath it's a thong so I can't answer to that. I think the ruching might add a little bulk to a smaller butt and might conceal a few jiggles in a larger one.
