    dress like yourself

    " Just be yourself "

    " Be you "

    ...... ๐Ÿ˜’

    What is " dress like yourself " ? ๐Ÿ˜’๐Ÿ˜’๐Ÿ˜’

I think it means something youโ€™re comfortable in

    Pajamas!!

    ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜…

Then there you go. You should wear pajamas everywhere ๐Ÿ˜†

    Ahhh hahah!๐Ÿ˜

    I appreciate the help,

    but "something youโ€™re comfortable in"
    doesn't mean anything to me.

    i'm a chameleon libra.๐Ÿ˜Š

i can look like 5 different person... in the same month. ๐Ÿ˜ถ

I'm in the same boat. I go from normcore to American streetwear to Shimokita to heritagewear to smart casual to business casual within the week.
The trick is to start eliminating what you DON'T want to look like.

Variety is a great thing, isn't it?

I went from having a lot of visible piercings & accessories to being minimal. It's probably a combination of the way I felt in life + getting older. The only thing in common with all the looks I go for is to try to not look like a slob, that's about it.

This style is very accepted in big cities imo.

Of course not accepted in small towns, in a boring city with conservative and boring people..
They all dress the same, similar style s, scared to go outside of their comfort zone imo...

In big cities this is Okay.
It all depends on where you live and the people around you, their culture and mindset imo.

    I'm 25!

    He is almost 38..
He is an artist and actually rides motorcycles..

    I don't..

it's when you are self aware and know what works for you based on what suits your body and the ability to wear what you like without worry as oppose to deciding to take a whole style off of someone else

i am of the school of thought that one should never wear a black leather motorcycle jacket, unless you actually ride a motorcycle.

nothing worse than seeing some dude who thinks he's tough clamber out of a ford fiesta lmao

Motorcycle driving license mandatory for a leather jacket! ....Okay ma'am elitist! ๐Ÿ˜’๐Ÿ˜ซ ๐Ÿ˜ข

If you want to dress like that...go for it. But make it your own, you should be dressing for yourself and not anyone else. Don't rush into a new style , abandoning yourself in the process. Take it gradual, maybe a piece or two here and there...and soon enough you'll have enough to have a 'new' style that's yours but similar to things you see and like.

you should be dressing for yourself and not anyone else.

    I know, I knowwwww! Sigh!

Blablablah bla bla bla... This and this.
    This and that..... etc

Let's just not go there right now!
I don't want to explain / defend myself.

    ๐Ÿ™ ๐Ÿ˜Š

On another note; I REALLY love and appreciate what you said.. ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘Œ

Thank you for your advices, it makes a lot of sense! ๐Ÿ˜Š

    I'm taking notes, hell yes

You don't 'blah blah blah' me mister...I'm the one who does that to you! Tongue Winking haha

For realz though, you're welcome. Take what you will from my advice...your life, not mine.
