You can actually research this. I have... in the pursuit of understanding my own sexuality. What I have read a lot of reasons... too many to mention. The one that sticks out to me the most is that of seeing sex as violent and wanting a absolutely 0 pain experience... like -0. I've read that a woman understands another woman's body better. I'm not in disagreement with what you said about the medical world but BOTH genders are to blame.
