African shea butter and black soap. Most types sold are black in color which means it has additives, authentic shea butter black soap is light brown with darker spots of pigmentation. The place I buy from is a family owned business and I used to help them make it from scratch and I literally had to scoop chunnks out of the "shea nut" using a large spoon.. doesn't get more natural and organic than that.
Their shea butters have combination products like one with turmeric for sore joints, with oil of Ibrahim for psoriasis and eczema, or with argan oil for beauty properties. They also sell argon oil in its raw form (and store products claiming to be argan oil are using only a percentage of the actual oil, where as) they sell 100% pure oil. I use the pil in my hair to tame frizz, on my face for moisturizer and a primer before applying makeup and on any oils on my body that need extra moisture due to being rough.
I am a white female with crazy wavy frizzy long hair and medium complexion. I found using the oil on my face keeps it from producing oil... most products contain some % of alcohol which dries out your pores and tells your sebaceous glands to produce more, that leads to "greasy skin." You apply natural oils to your skin and it moisturizes and prevents overproduction of oil.
I order from https://www.thesheabutterlady.org/ and they will ship to you 🙂
Sorry, I completely went on a soap box 😅
I wash everything w/ shea soap and rub my body in shea butter w argan oil, then use argan oil on my face and in my hair. Super simple and effective.
Ok cool but can people share natural/no-filter/no-makeup face pics so we can see if your beauty routine is working....
Posted by LaPetiteEtoileOnce a week I use a chemical peel 20% acid. When I do that I use a vitamin c cream.
!
How do you do a chemical peel at home?? I've only tried it at the spa and loved it.

Carefully. I started with 5% and have gotten up to 20% . I’ll work my way up to 50% or so. When I get that high I’ll switch to every two weeks. At this level you don’t really get a good peel, skin just turns a little rough and I use an exfoliant about halfway through the week to slough it off.
Basically make sure your skin is as clean as possible and I get the pads to wipe them on easier and I don’t loose as much product that way. It will sting a little so I have another pad with water to dab at the areas that burn. Then apply a ton of the moisturizer and make sure not to sweat the rest of the day and no sunlight until the next day. Drink water after ward. So I do it at night.
You have to be very careful with sun so I do extra sunscreen. A 30spf mixed with a 50. Every day. Wear a hat, etc.

Nice results!!
I'm not gonna post a pic because i'm not there yet. I've been trying to keep a routine for past couple of months....
Currently, I'm doing this thing called Curology because i have acne prone skin even at this age *fml*... but this is it.
Morning (but not always.... i just wash with water in the morning):
Cleanser(curology)+Rosehip spray(lush)+Moisturizer (curology)
Night:
Cleanser (curology)
Red Light Therapy - 20 mins
Treatment (curology) - 1% clindamycin, 0.01% Tretinoin, 4% Azelaic acid
Rosehip spray + Moisturizer
3x/week:
Aveeno Positively Radiant 60 second facial
I haven't been doing this consistently to get good results... just started to take it more seriously beginning of this month so we'll see. I have been using Curology for about 3 months though here and there...and it's been really great regardless of my lack of consistency.
Basically don't listen to me ...
But if you're interested Curology has been really good for problem skins because they come up with a custom solution based on face pics that you send them and your goals.
oh and I use Micellar water in the morning instead of cleanser which has been life changing.
Morning:
I wash my face with Noxzema. Sometimes I use a toner afterwards when I remember.
Night:
Go to sleep because I can't be bothered. If my under eyes feel dry... sometimes I use an eye cream (haven't found a non burning my eyeballs one yet)
Once a year...I bathe in the blood of a 1000 virgins.
Combinationish skin

At night, I mix CeraVe with avocado oil. Yes from the cooking aisle LOL!
same ☺️ with coconut oil but for my hair.
I've read great things about cerave 👍 I need to look up the other products you mentioned!!!
Normal skin
Cleanse with water and cotton pad
Aloe Vera gel to moisturise
Sometimes I’ll add a couple drops of lavender essential oil as it’s a skin rejuvenator

Cleanser :
I wanna try La mer face Cleanser, I heard great reviews and I'll go with the 30ml first... In case my skin hates it.
I wanted to try the Abeille Royal day cream by Guerlain... But the reviews are terrible 😕 & I need to find a good face sunscreen.
I tried the drunk elephant brand 👎... Sunday Riley also does nothing for me.
