Yes I do just about all the cooking except indian . Den does the indian good. I love lobster but I do it with stake and butter.

Marsala wine & nearly everything. I haven't cooked any of these yet but when I'm out, if it's on the menu, where ever I am - that's what I'm having. You mostly see this as Marsala chicken breasts in Italian resterants.

i like gim.(sea weed). The dry salty ones. Yes ppl are probably going "EWWWW WUT THE FUUUGGGG" ROFL but its tastey.. everyone should try it. Just go to some asian market, and buy some. But depends which one you buy, becoms some of them are like..not salty
