So i gained around 10 kgs in 1 year. Reason is i dont have lot of time for work out and when i do id be too exhausted to do so. At the same time my eating habits have changed after i started eating bread, chips and chocolates.

Im lowered my intake of all junk foods, bread etc.. and can go on treadmill twice a week for one hr each.. And still am unable to lose just 1 kg after since december! My blood tests are all ok so its not medical.

Thanks for your advises!

Your problem is that you aren't getting enough cardio. You need at least an hour daily if you want to see adequate weight loss. Working in a resistance training routine also helps as more muscle mass increases metabolic activity in your body, hence burning fat more efficiently.

Add in more water and extra fruits and veggies. Don't go drastic and cut out all carbs, as you do need carbs for developing adequate muscle mass.

And if you cannot get an hour of cardio in daily, break it down into two 30 minute intervals when you can each day. It has the same benefits as one 1 hour bout of cardio. Resistance is to be done every other day.

Try eating smaller meal portions multiple times a day. That will help boost your metabolism.
You need more cardio. Up the cardio to 3 or more times a week.

How stressed are you? You're tired that's usually stressed related. We chicks have this wonderful hormone that gets produced by the body called cortisol. It will keep you from losing weight. you'll gain fat even. just chill out. Get rest. Eat good food and work out when you can. Try to increase work outs in the future. You can even go for a walk on your free time. All the other stuff will fall into place. Don't look at the weight aspect look at the health aspect. That's what people get wrong.

Try to cycle your caloric intake so that it jumpstarts your metabolism. One day eat 1300....next day eat 2000...next 1850 etc etc Our bodies don't need same amount of food everyday as that is a pattern humans have adopted. Also, and this is probably controversial...., BUT, if you can and have the willpower, do a fast once per week and then resume eating the exact same amount the other days, not more and not less.

Yess all this advice is true. Eat foods that take more calories to burn possibly at just a little bit of chilli peppers to ur food I know everyone doesn't like spicy stuff but it raises body temp which lowers calories, oatmeal burns calories harder for body to digest, I read chicken does the same. Also when u wake up eat asap to help ur metab...like they said many small meals is the best solution from an eating standpoint as the day goes on eat lighter. Eat ur big meal between noon and 3. Try not to eat past 7 or 8 BC your metab starts to dip a lot around there.
