I have to make a dessert for tomorrow (and I hope to keep some for myself!), but I want to make something easy.

And good, of course.

I was going to make chocolate chip cookies, but the recipe I use isn't so great for taking somewhere-- too gooey (but soo good).

But I have a lot of brown sugar, and chocolate chips and walnuts-- maybe I could just bake it in a pan, like cookie bars?

Anyone have any simple desserts that you like to make and would like to share? 🙂

May not be Christmas but it's easy, simple. Just chuck everything in a bowl and simmer on the flame.

And adding lime peal to it take the edge off the egg.

Preparation time : 17 mins

cook duration : 40 mints to 45 depends

Okay let's talk about things we need such as Ingredients

you may need 3 to 4 cup vegetable oil
I think 2 eggs are okay am sure 2 eggs will be okay lol
2 cups sugar [you can also reduced the sugar to 1.5 cup] or put less sugar and more apple
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

4 cups peeled chopped apples

How to cook ?

1 take a large bowl and put eggs and put oil .
2 then put 6 ingredients and mix em all inside the bowl
3 Okay its better now to fold in apples.
4you will have to pour into greased 9 by 13 pan.
5 Bake em at 350F degrees 40-45 minutes

I like where your headed with the cookies??_..but walnuts are expensive and I think it would be a waste if they were used in anything other than a gooey brownie recipe or an epic carrot cake??_.I think carrot cake is my favourite cake in the world lol

I really liked that cheesecake four ways pic!!..

I was just at the chinese new year parade today and I found a stall with heaps of yummy thai / vietnamese sweet cakes and nearly bought them all!!!??_.some were custard and panang jelly??_.taro and sweet potato??_..black rice and coconut flesh but the most amazing one was coconut cream and flesh pudding wrapped up in banana leaf and it was fucking divine!!!!??_.
