You have no idea how cathartic it is to see them talk like cute little intimate babus and go on to have adventures together as they look for their son TOGETHER.
Before I literally broke into tears like a little cookiemonster when I heard the treetrunkin audio tape the spouse made before dying. DONT treetrunk WITH MY FEELS LIKE THAT BETHESDA, THATS NOT YOUR DOMAIN AND YOURE DOIN IT JUST SO MESSED UP YO

@sierra_ Here, I compressed the images so they should load this time. Please hide your response to my original post so DXP doesn't try to load the images and hog up bandwith on my topic.
Here's my main Fallout 4 character:
I also got this mod for male player characters that retcons the story so the female spouse didn't actually die. They used cut dialogue and edited existing dialogue, and honestly it's completely seemless and nearly perfect. They even made it so she interrupts most convos with the female player dialogue so both characters engage in most conversations. So with that being said here is my spouse:
what's the most evil thing you've ever done in a game?
Shrug, playing a "genocide run" where the goal is to ultimately literally kill /everyone/. Especially in a series like Fallout, you can basically feel like you are single handedly putting Humanity down like the rabbid dog that it is.
I basically don't care for morality when I play these games. Most my characters murder anyone they can get away with murdering and isn't all that important or useful, cause I can.
obsidian didn't have enough time coz bethesda is full of butter
i'm so obsessed with it, no lie
still have oblivion but don't play it as much anymore and when skyrim came out... i don't know what it is but i went back to oblivion... sometimes no matter how much of an improvement the graphics are, their's just something missing... maybe it's the lore (but yeah Morrowind is AIDS)
i've tried some mods and those might be fun in fallout 4 but new vegas is SOOO good that even vanilla's even more than good enough
the FNV feels like a much bigger world, creepier with the cheery music
if the world ended, i wanna hear tom lehrer-type music while i die of dehydration or toxic poisoning
That's probably where we differ. Cause to me in all honesty the post-apocalyptic idea is... dumb. It's dumb to revel in degradation, destruction, and regression. As far as Genres go, I prefer Sci-Fi over Medieval. In general I prefer The Future way more than I do The Past. But then among Sci-Fi I prefer the default futuristic more-advanced-than-real-life Sci-Fi than I do Post-Apocalyptic Sci-Fi.
But that says something with how much I love it anyways. But that's because of "everything else". The vast world, the graphics, the gameplay, the physics, the everything. Especially, oddly enough, what I refer to as "The Reality Factor". The thing about Bethesda's games is the way they are coded. They are coded so everything works intuitively like the real world. You can interact with characters freely, you can kill whoever you want whenever you want, you can steal stuff and pickpocket, you can pick locks or use a key on a door, you can swim in rivers and oceans, you can ride horses, you can battle and ride dragons, you can blow zombie and NPC brains out with destroyable limbs, you can craft things, you can enchant things, everything ragdolls, you can own and build houses, you can have companions, Radiant AI, and the list just goes on and on.
Basically, just the way the worlds and gameplay are designed more than makes up for it. It basically renders it so it's not the world that matters at all. Which is why I don't really care if I defile the Lore with mods. Plus yeah, Elder Scrolls Lore is really good. I think you underestimate Skyrim Lore however. I would argue it has the most significant and mind blowing Lore out of any TES game hands down if you know where to look and what you're looking at.
Even Fallout 4 too, with how it's almost a certain fact that the player character is a Synth lol
don't know what it is but i feel a bit disappointed with F4 and it's not just because i'm being petty that i can't parkour and jump through windows.. it's more that i feel it's not as vast of a world as i imagined... like new vegas was somehow creepier and more "vast"
maybe it's coz i've always liked that cowboy music in the desert
but hey, it's fallout and maybe i should get more dlcs
Are you playing on console or PC? There's a modding project going on to remake Fallout New Vegas in F4's game engine. Trust me, the New Vegas fandom is an endless legion of mofos screeching endlessly for a New Vegas remake lol
Anyways idk, it feels pretty dang big to me. Especially dat first time you walk all the way down into the Glowing Sea. It's shrug, no reason to "replace". It's like, TES fans still play Oblivion and Morrowind despite Skyrim being the next gen TES. I still play oblivion(Morrowind's gameplay is pure AIDS.) myself.
You should always mod your games. Once you've tried it, Vanilla always feels so... vanilla lol
Who ever can decipher what AYBETBAJ means...wins.
There are no points, no fancy pics, no fancy names...you just have the honor of figuring out what it stands for and will be champion of the world.
Good luck...clock runs out at midnight..
I think... I think I just figured out Microsoft's secret Master Plan with the Xbox One. Think about it. Think about the name... Xbox ONE. As the slogan goes "It's the Xbox One because it's everything Home Entertainment in /one/ system." Granted, it just k
