I don't think you have to worry, either. In the early stages of a relationship with a Gem, it's better to be underavailable than overavailable.

Since you did not intentionally fake on said dates, how was he 'stood up'?
Technically, I guess I didn't truly stand him up... I gave notice or at least held myself accountable as to why I had to cancel.. which is more than he's done in the past. I feel (sorry, Cancerian here) like I stood him up because of how the guilt settles in when I receive those sullen text messages.
I certainly agree he and I can definitely make some improvements as far as our schedule goes...
Thank you for your response. 🙂

I've heard about that... but why is that so? Hmm..
IMO: If you give us too much attention before we've definitely decided on an exclusive relationship with you, we can feel trapped, obligated, and suffocated. Plus, we already think we're awesome; to validate that is boring and too easy. We like a bit of a chase.
+1 Whimsy!!

^^^^ I like this
Gems like a little bit of a chase —
The Gem men I'm friends with chase like their life depends on it lol.
They have a serious fascination in a woman that seems slightly uninterested. They get fixated! It keeps them very interested. Don't worry about him, you being unavailable is actually doing you more good than harm 🙂
LOL. Thank you everyone for the responses. I'm starting to see that these gem males DO indeed like the chase... very interesting!
Rapunzel & Glamazon - I will have to absolutely remember this with my gemini male friend; gee whizz...thought as being adults like he and I are, that these type of chase games would not be needed, seems that I'm wrong! 😢 So, WHEN I hear from my Gemini male friend again-will have to put that chase mode on - UGH!!! 😢 My zodiac sign is Aquarius, 3, 6. 9 & 12th house from what I understand.
Oh...here we go. Tricky position to take, cause you either have to really know what you are doing or it wasn't intentional. If they find out what you are up to., hmm the mindfuckery begin...and lets hope you don't really really like them. Ouch!

Stood up my Gemini a couple of times, but NOT ON PURPOSE. Initially, he was the one who would always break dates, disappear without a word or even an explanation the next day as to what happened. It almost made me feel like maybe I was too available for him, maybe he needs more space. But when it comes to me doing the "disappearing act" (and really it's NOT an act, things really do come up last minute and it doesn't mean I DON'T want to see him because I do. Like all the time. BUT I'll never tell him that...lol), he seems so frustrated. He doesn't tell me straight up, but when I text him, "Hey do you want to hang out later?" he will respond with, "yeah hopefully" or "i always want to go out with you, but things change and you're always busy" all sullen like and not his playful gemini self at all. Or he'll actually make me PROMISE we're going to see each other. Which I thought, promises were not something Gemini's were big on due to their constant flux of plans, at least from personal experience...
What's the deal with these twins? 😐
